⚠️ What Can Delay Shipping?

🔎 Tracking Your Order

❌ Changing or Cancelling an Order
Need to cancel? You have 24 hours after placing your order to do so.
Just send us an email at info@menoa.co.site with the subject: "CANCEL MY ORDER".
🏠 Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?
No worries - it happens!
Email us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make the correction.
Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to change the address.
📦 Missed Deliveries & Returns
Most couriers will attempt delivery twice before returning your package.
If it’s sent back to us, reach out to info@menoa.co.site to arrange reshipment.
💔 Damaged or Defective Items
If something arrives damaged, we’ll fix it—no extra cost to you.
